The apartment was in a great location, just a short stroll from the train station and close to local attractions.
Communication with the host was poor, as we had difficulty reaching them for our arrival details and breakfast arrangements.

The room was spacious and modern-looking.
Our stay was marred by poor communication with management. We arrived at the property but struggled to access the keys necessary to enter the building, causing significant frustration. Additionally, the information provided about breakfast was misleading, leaving us to deal with an inconvenience rather than an enjoyable meal.

arrived to a dirt-infested elevator and no toilet paper in sight, can you believe that? oh, and how charming that there are no blinds, I simply adored being awoken at dawn. I expected at least a complimentary upgrade due to all this chaos, but of course, that was too much to ask. to say I’m disappointed is an understatement.

my stay was fantastic, especially enjoying delicious cappuccinos and fresh croissants delivered right to my room. The close proximity to attractions like the Michelangelo Fortress just a short stroll away, making the whole experience even better. i also appreciated the modern and clean feel of the space, which contributed to a cozy atmosphere, but it did take a bit of effort to figure out the access process upon arrival.

Be Your Home, Riviera Suites is a fantastic choice for a pre-cruise stay! Federico, the host, was incredibly welcoming, meeting us at the train station to help with our bags. The room was newly remodeled, clean, and had a great air conditioner for comfort. Each morning, we were treated to delicious cappuccinos and pastries delivered right to our room, which made our stay even more special!

I stayed in the Deluxe Room for one night and it was super comfy! The room was just remodeled, so everything felt new and clean. The air conditioner worked great, keeping us cool. Loved that fresh cappuccinos and pastries were delivered in the morning, such a nice touch! The space really looked exactly like the pictures, no surprises there. Access was a bit tricky with multiple keys, but it felt secure. Definitely a cozy spot before our cruise!
